this is a nice place to stay. While I never eat breakfast at hotels this breakfast was actually pretty good, Thai food. The employees were very nice and very helpful.
booking.com software had a bug and charged me almost double the advertised price but they made the refund so it worked out OK. I don’t think the hotel is worth what they are charging at peak season prices but if the price is discounted I recommend this hotel.

We had a room on the 8th floor with views of the Mekong river. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the river and the Indochina market. The breakfast was good with an excellent coffee machine.
The swimming pool and area could do with a good clean. there was no hot water in the bathroom.

The windows was very dirty outside so very difficult to see clearly the Mekong. The hotel is old with carpet in the room. At the pool there are only wooden bed very hard. To go from the hotel to the pool you have to cross the meeting area with a lot of people

For cleaning my room no one come quicky and I put the post on my room to show for come clean my room before I leave room then I go take breakfast and I come back to my room no one come clean my room. That’s not ok for me im wait until evening If u could change to be better I think u will get more customers
